My name is Apropos, occasionally refered to as "Apropos of Nothing" due to my lowly birth and lack of...well...anything, really that could be considered valuable. Of late, I was dubbed Sir Apropos, still of nothing, an honor which--for reasons I won't go into here--did not quite work out. Suffice to say that one whose patrimony consists of a group of knights raping my tavern wench mother, providing me an existence of endless betrayal and deprivation which served to give me a somewhat cynical, shall we say, view of the world...well, one such as that does not end up living happily ever after. I was foolish enough to briefly entertain the notion and paid severely for that unbecoming naiveté by winding up tossed in a dungeon barely twenty-four hours after being knighted, which is something of a record at the court of King Runcible in the state of Isteria. I managed to escape the dungeon thorough means literally too ludicrous to go into here. Following this was an adventure even more depressing and psychotic than the last during which I went through the extremes: from sex toy to king of the world and back to that normal status of "pathetic" that is me, but since this was a particularly bad period in a life time full of such things, I think I'll skip that for the most part.
I've got curly red hair, a bad leg, and too much mouth for too little muscle. Fortunately, the mouth came with a brain, though that most irritating organ has caused as much trouble as it's resolved. I've also got my walking stick, which can prove to be a formidable weapon if you're stupid enough to attack me when I'm cornered, though I tend to try and leave the fighting to those with fully functioning limbs and partially functioning brains.

Odd appearance? Not much. He's got a limp from a lame leg and he's missing an ear. That's about it.

Apropos of Nothing is from the book series of the same name as written by Peter David. That makes him his and me, I'm just playing for funsies on the internet. Nothing I do should reflect on Mr. David's creation and I'm not getting annnnny money for this, at all. It's just for entertainment.
